Broken twice , arrived broken

I love this dish! The sage green is beautiful & my casserole came out perfect. I did soak it before cleaning because it was a cheesy dish. The only negative thing it is very heavy especially when getting it out of the oven.

Received two in two different boxes. One came wrapped in a towel in an oversized box so the entire dish was shattered. The other came well wrapped in shipping paper and a well sized box.

I ordered this item online for pick up and received one with several manufacturing defects in the glaze of the paint. Know what I am showing in the images is not the glue that connects the label to the bottom of the baking dish. This is the actual glaze. There are spots where it is missing lumpy, and there are even a couple of spots where, when it was finished in the kiln or whatever ovens they used to fire their glaze, it left a couple of tiny pinprick spots where the paint is missing all over. This is very disappointing and they should do a much better job of quality assurance during their manufacturing process before they release an item as being suitable for sale.

This is a great quality baking dish. I do have to warn you guys. It is extremely heavy. So far I haven’t had any issues yet with the dish. It looks beautiful and works great. It’s easy to clean and use. Can’t wait to use it again for lasagnas and desserts.

I have had this baking dish for the past several weeks and it is amazing! This stoneware dish is heavy duty, the quality is amazing. The rectangle dish is 9 x 13 making it the perfect size for a variety of dishes. I love how deep the dish it is, plenty of room for meals for my family of 5. I have used this dish several times and I continue to be impressed. The two side handles make it super easy to take it and out of the oven. Cleaning the dish is also a breeze as it is dishwasher safe. If you are looking for a high quality baking dish, I highly recommend this one by Figmint.

It washes easily. Fits lasagna nicely. Like the cream color. Very heavy. Read the instructions, don’t take it out of the oven and put it in the cold grates of your gas stove it will crack. The rapid spot cooling will put cracks in it. I learned this the hard way from other ceramic bakeware that I had. It does say this on the instructions for care that comes with the pan. I’m happy with this purchase. I also have the smaller size.

This was a lot heavier than I expected, but it’s okay because I live with my boyfriend and he can haul it in and out of the oven for me. Otherwise it’s great!

I ordered this casserole dish and two other items of the same color for a gift. The other two items arrived but not the casserole dish. I contacted Target and they sent another. That one arrived broken in several pieces. I returned it to the store. Target made it right and credited me and informed me that they had that item in stock. Thank you Target for great customer service!

Came in pieces. If there's an option to buy items and have them shipped, why not package them so they don't break? I planned to use this for Thanksgiving. Not only did it arrive later than scheduled, it arrived Thanksgiving Eve. One star as Target is always good with fast refunds but they must lost a lot of money due to poorly packaged items.

I didn't realize until I got home but this does not sit flush with the counter top. The bottom bows out so I can see a gap where none of the 4 corners are resting on my counter top at all. So when you touch any edge of it it wobbles. Unfortunately the other two that were in stock were chipped or had some pai t transfer from another product. This will be returned to the store.
