Q: I have these and they don’t light up anymore. What should I do?
A: I purchased these on Saturday, set them up today. They worked fine for about an hour and then dimmed significantly even after trying a different wall plug. I will be returning them for a refund.

Q: I just bought 2 sets and neither work. Am I missing a step other than plugging them up!?
Q: How many lights would you need for a 7ft tree?
A: It depends on your personal preference to how many lights you want, as well as the width of the tree, but you would probably want 3-6 sets of lights for a tree that size. If you have any other questions, you can reach out to us at 800-353-3116 or CS@SeasonalSpecialties.com.

Q: What is the type of connection used to add a strand of lights
A: The round end connection on this set of lights is non-standard and you should only connect more units of this product together. If you have other light sets that happen to use the same connector, do not connect them to this product. Doing so could damage both items and cause them to not work. If you have any other questions, you can reach out to us at 800-353-3116 or CS@SeasonalSpecialties.com.

Q: How do you connect one to another?
A: To connect multiple sets of this item together, plug in the first set, then for all sets following that one, remove the adaptor and the control box before connecting that light set to the end of the preceding set. The instruction manual includes a diagram on how to do this. If you have any other questions or would like any assistance, you can reach out to us at 800-353-3116 or CS@SeasonalSpecialties.com.

Q: I needed to use an extension cord between two strands of lights, but these have a watertight connector, rather than standard outlet plug - how can I connect them without the connection being lit?
A: Unfortunately, there is not a way to connect two sets of these lights together with an unlit wire, extension cord, etc. If you have any other questions, you can reach out to us at 800-353-3116 or CS@SeasonalSpecialties.com.

Q: What is the end of the lights called? Where you’re able to connect another set of lights or star
A: The female end plug. Please note that you should not connect any other product to these lights other than this same product. The adaptor and the control box are only designed to be connected to up to three sets of lights of this model, and will malfunction or fail if you connect any other products to it. If you have any other questions, you can reach out to us at 800-353-3116 or CS@SeasonalSpecialties.com.
