A: The two glass doors are already assembled. All you need to do is to attached with side boards by hinges.

Q: is there a divider down the middle separating it into 4 shelves? or just two? what are the dimensions of the shelves?

Looks decent, but build quality is poor. Some of the parts have blemishes. Definitely would need two people to assemble, even for such a small unit.

Solid construction but worst... design... ever. No pilot holes for half the screws. The places where there were pilot holes affixed adjustable pieces where exact alignment would therefore be unnecessary. The design abandoned certain steps halfway through only to return to them six steps later. For no good reason, half the connections were done with cam locks and screws and the other half were done with plain Philips head screws. The box provided you with an Allen wrench to tighten the cam screws though the cam screws took a Philip’s head screwdriver.

I purchased this item about a week ago. I am very pleased with it ! Looks like just like the picture and wasn't hard to put together as long you follow the instructions. I have very heavy China and was worried the shelf inside wouldn't be able to support the dishes. Definitely has been holding up and I have no complaints.

Although difficult to assemble, was sooo worth it! The quality of this piece is really nice. We are using it as a TV stand, and I needed the height especially for the setup I use it in. The price was very affordable, but more importantly , the cabinet looks great! We put our modem, cable box, inside the cabinet, but being that this item has glass doors, the remote works through the glass. And there is plenty of room for storage of DVDs and yes, even VHS tapes! Really happy with this purchase.

This piece was one of the hardest to assemble that I've ever attempted, and I have put together numerous pieces of furniture (from Target and other stores). It required a lot of drilling of holes (with no markings) and the instructions were less than clear. However, once the piece was assembled, it looks really great. It matches perfectly with my other Target dark wood living room pieces (tv stand and end tables). The quality is nice, and it allows for extra storage. For the price I think it's a great value, I just wish they'd make the assembly a little more user friendly.
