COOK THOROUGHLY TO A TEMPERATURE OF 165° F. COOK ONLY ONE PRODUCT AT A TIME. PROMPTLY REFRIGERATE ANY LEFTOVERS. REHEAT BEFORE SERVING. Microwave Instructions MICROWAVE OVENS VARY - ADJUST COOKING TIMES AS NEEDED TO REACH 165°F AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER TAKEN IN SEVERAL SPOTS. 1.     These are so good and a quick side for supper. I have these gor myself due to my family not all liking vegetables so this is quick and easy for one person. The bag is a perfect size for one person. They all look so good and taste so good.

    Great healthy side dish, easy to make

    Great option for a clean east side dish for any home cook meal. I keep these in my freezer to add to a meal when I’m not sure what else to cook. The brussel sprouts come out of the bag slightly soft after steaming them, they look delicious and smell great too.

    The brussels sprouts are good, which I love brussels sprouts but I found out since I live alone. They’re good for even cabbage and noodles. You just cook it and break it up instead of buying a whole cabbage. All you have to do is buy a bag of brussels sprouts

    Fresh taste without the prep work — love these.

    These Brussels sprouts come out perfectly steamed every time — tender but not mushy. They taste surprisingly fresh for a frozen veggie, and they’re incredibly convenient on busy nights.     We love Brussels sprouts in our house, and these frozen ones do not disappoint! They roast up beautifully, tender on the inside with that delicious caramelized crisp on the outside. You’d never guess they started frozen. So tasty and such an easy side to keep on hand.

    I never thought I’d say this, but Brussels sprouts have become one of my favorite sides! When cooked right roasted until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside they’re absolutely delicious. They have this perfect mix of savory, slightly nutty flavor, and they pair so well with just about anything. I love tossing them with a little olive oil, garlic, salt, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Even people who “don’t like veggies” end up going back for seconds. Seriously underrated and worth giving another try if you haven’t had them in a while!

    Love me some brussel sprouts! The Birds Eye brand are some of the only ones that don’t taste frozen or like they’ve been sitting in a freezer for months on end. Sturdy packaging too. Love the calorie count on it as well!

    Affordable, convenient and delicious!

    As a mom of a very hungry growing boy, frozen veggies are always important to keep stocked in the freezer. This brand is always affordable which is a plus. And the brussels sprouts are our favorite. They roast in the oven perfectly, even as a frozen item….and even tastes great!
