Q: This item is actually 2 pool covers? 1 @ 10' round and another 1 @ 8' round is that correct? Why would someone want 2 different sizes? I just want 1 @ 10' round... I don't get it?

Q: In this picture of the Intex 8' round pool cover it looks like there are strategically placed hole's in it. Am I correct in what I see, if so what is the purpose of the holes.
