These are my toddlers favorite! I have also tried them and I really like the hint of cardamom. They are a little pricey but the fruit comes from the USA and it’s made here. I choose that over apples from China any day. My daughter could eat an entire bag in one sitting! Simple clean ingredients

Great toddler snack
These are what started my toddlers freeze dried fruit obsession. They are great and healthy but can be messy. The last few times we have gotten them I feels like more than half of them and crushed into tiny pieces and it makes a huge mess. There already isn’t a lot in the bag so when half are crushed we only get about one snack out of them but my kids love them

Terrible toddler snacks. Seems like a big choking hazard they are really tough. The target brand freeze dried apples are way better to crunch and dissolve. I didn’t care to eat them either so I just ended up throwing them away. Expensive and not good.

Sealing issues
I bought sixteen packs of freeze-dried apples this time, and when they arrived, four of them had only four or five days left before expiration. The contents were all stuck together, soft, damp, and had a strange taste, making them quite unpleasant to eat. The others, with three months and six months left before expiration, are also soft and not crunchy at all. It seems like the packaging for this batch has sealing issues. Buying so many was a complete waste of money.

My toddler loves this. I've probably bought over 10 packs of these. The reason for 3 stars is cuz 2 of them were stale upon opening. Must be a sealing issue cuz the exp date was still good.

Overpowering cardamom flavor, hard bits
The cardamom is overpowering. My daughter is 12 months old and only 2 lower teeth. She loves the mango and red peppers, but this one has lots of extra hard bits that my daughter can't chew with her gums, so she coughs and gags on it a bit. I wish they were in smaller, softer chunks like the mango and peppers. If the cardamom flavor was taken back a notch or two, it'd be more enjoyable for babies and adults.

My kid loves this brand of snacks. These are great for 1+ year olds to hold and eat as the apples are in strips (julienne cut) but if your kid is like mine and like to shove the whole piece in his mouth, you'll need to break it down in to smaller pieces. I didn't think he'd like the cardamom but he doesn't seem to mind it at all.

The taste is different. Best way to describe is sweet with a twist. My toddlers AND my middle schoolers love it and so do I. It's actually my go to afternoon snack in the middle of the work day. No shame! A big plus that it only has 3 ingredients. We love their other flavors too and happy to see Target carries some of them. Hope they make more flavors in the future!

Chocking Hazard
SO, my 20 month old loves these snack and I love how healthy they are. The awful thing though, I have to go through these and fish out the ones that have a HUGE hard apple stem on them! This is such a big chocking hazard and not sure why they add the stem to the snack for toddlers! See the photos I put on here!
