Poor connection to Samsung phone, ? static? unusable
bought 2, black and white. used just 1 first- returned it in < 1 week as connection static disconnected calls and any audio- music or books. After using the other for 2 weeks others couldn't tolerate the static THEY heard. Tried to use for books only. After 1 week all audio dropped out after 1-5 seconds. I had other models for 5 years. These are bulk packaged and slightly different model number. The sound on these is different and when worked was "OK". Now bought a different brand- calls and audio use only are doing FINE.

These Are Knock-Offs
When I plug them into my phone, the USB icon appears instead. And it did not arrive in a sealed box. The earpiece doesn't fit right, and the sound gives major feedback.

Not worth
I'm not sure why, but I have a pair of these that came with my phone almost 3 years ago and I bought these as a new pair since the other ones are old and I've accidentally run them through the wash 2 times... the old pair is still better! only thing these are good for is the rubber buds since my old ones needed new buds.

Bad Product
I purchased these for my daughter and the ear buds literally broke off. The area that holds the cusion came off completly. I would not reccomend!

No Stars Can't Real
Immediate complaints from everyone I talk to over the phone that these were not working. I had another pair in the cord got damaged but they lasted over 5 years. I agree that this is possibly not the real thing.

Disapointed
Functioned like supposed to. Sound quality was not as good as other Akg headphones we have, when received missing one replacement ear piece. After one use microphone came apart, but was able to be put back together

Is this defective or a cheap copy?
Got this in December. Two weeks later, the little cover fell. A couple weeks more, they fully broke. I have BARELY used them! I highly doubt this is an official product.
