Engaging well put together educational tool!

Incredibly cute! I got this to read to my 7 month old Haha I don’t care for the little one line books… I love reading her actual stories. This was perfect! I always make sure she’s represented in what I read her. Overall, the story was really cute! The ending was a little abrupt but I would still highly recommend it

Nice story for kids who live in a populated city in a high rise or apartment building and not the stereotypical suburbs with a big house and fireplace. Maybe she’ll write “Santa in the Sun” next for kids in Florida who don’t ever see snow and have their own unique questions! Love the diversity in this one! I joke that it’s a “Fox News nightmare”. Inclusion for the win - way to go author Tiffany D. Jackson (whoever/wherever you are!) Mainly black characters, all sorts of hairstyles that are nice to see represented, child in a wheelchair, gay couple kissing, interracial couple walking, Hispanic shop owner, Spanish speaking and some slang use by main character such as “ain’t.”

Chose this book because we live in an apartment building and thought it would be a fun way to explain how Santa visits kids in the city too. The book arrived yesterday and my child has already asked to read it 50+ times so it’s a hit!
