Q: The trestle style means legs come down at an angle, so with th top being 20" deep, what is the width of the legs? (Measuring from outside edges) My concern is whether or not the legs stick out.

You get what you pay for
I bought this desk when it was on sale for around $110. It looks pretty when all put together but you definitely get what you pay for. Had 2 pieces that are supposed to hold the wood together but were a defect. The one wooden peg was much shorter than supposed to be & couldn’t be used as it wouldn’t hold anything together. The other metal screw piece didn’t even have a screw head so that was also useless. So I don’t know exactly how sturdy this desk will be without some of these parts but I guess I will see 🤷🏼♀️ I already had a piece of wood fall apart when putting the desk together, as well (and this was with 2 of us working on it!) but was able to still salvage it & make it work lol. Definitely would have liked to gotten it cheaper for this 😅

It looks nice, which is why I gave one star. Cheap material. Unclear instructions. Numerous screws, and the desk is still wobbly. If I bump into it, I'm afraid it will fall apart.

I would give it 3 stars
There’s a lot I like about this desk and a lot I dislike. First thing to know is that it takes a while to build (for me 2.5 hours) . However the instructions are very clear. Another issue was that I can’t get the top drawer to fit correctly. While I was following the directions the drawer would not fit in correctly. After changing a few things I got the drawer to fit however now it keeps falling down at the slightest movement. Another issue was how easily it got scratched. It arrived with a few scratches (frankly I didn’t care since it took a week over the original arrival date to arrive) after one day of use I already have some Permanent scratches. The color is beautiful and it does look just like the picture and I do love the design of the desk but man getting everything put together perfectly sucks!
