I was soo happy to find (what I thought) to be the best computer for my needs. A big plus was it stated it was W10H. Unfortunately, That's not what was isntalled and running. Mine arrived with Safe Mode in Windows 10. Unless I am not very computer smart, this edition is limited to what can be done and used on this device. If there is a fix, that would be great as there are no exceptions and no returns.

There is a burned out pixel. I was happy to ignore this for the price. However, now the screen will blink and then the picture starts to jump and the words become blurry. I am unable to stop this without turning it completely off and back on. Unfortunately, this did not start until after the return window closed.

No cursor to click on anything, freezes over and over again. Wont connect to internet through WiFi. I dont think they fixed this before they re-sold it as refurbished. Very upset. Pictured is the frozen screen with no cursor.

Its trash does not work., takes 10 minutes or more before responding plus the screen glitches . Order online and they are refusing to send return label. They want you to return in store
