This is the 3rd Acer I have had and I love them. I always buy the refurbished ones. Great price and easy to use. I gave up my pc years ago. Chrome books do every thing I did on my pc and they are portable. Also, I tutor students in math and their school system also uses chrome books.

Computer did not load when turned on. Chrome damaged. Looked on the bottom of the computer and found I was sent a computer which was manufactured nearly 1.5 years ago. Old product which I would have expected to not be sent to a customer.

I bought the 314 because my old Acer 14 Chromebook could no longer obtain system updates. The 314 is noticeably faster. It continues the solid construction of its predecessor. The screen is vivid, with sharp contrast. Unfortunately, it also perpetuates the only 2 issues I had with the earlier model. When composing text, it sometimes jumps from where you are in the text to someplace else. 2nd, I don't understand why there is no cap lock. Overall, though, I am very pleased with the 314, especially after false starts with other Chromebook choices.

If you need a laptop for browsing the web, cheking email and filling forms online this is what you need. It is fast, great battery life and goo design. Bluetooth seems not to work at all so be aware if you need it other than that is great for the price

Literally the worst computer I have ever owned. I have to reconnect it to the internet every minute, at least. It’s infuriating. I have spoken to the internet provider and they have confirmed there is no issue with my connection, and my other online devices connect properly. The only issue is this computer. I am so disappointed, what a waste of money.

Very nice chromebook. Been using android phones for years. Plan to replace my MacBook and windows desktop with chromebook for simpler backups and system maintenance as chromebook is more simple to maintain. The 314 is my first chromebook. Very happy so far.
