Both Acer and Target sticked to their 90 days warranty and offered no help. Acer offered to repair it for $250. Lesson learned on my part.

Overall, these monitors are amazing! I get many compliments about them! Their large and can be tilted forward and back. Some people get concerned or anxious buying refurbished tech, and I had read negative reviews for this model but I bought two for my office, and they're both amazing! Might buy another one for my home office now! One minor point is that the chords might not be included in the box. For one, I think it was missing an HDMI chord but luckily we had a spare in the office. Nonetheless, these are a steal for the price and their size. I recommend.
