I did my research and bought this chromebook for my son to use at school. He used it for 2 months when it suddenly died. I drove to Target and was told that there was nothing they could do, no help, no store credit. I called Acer and was told the same thing and they suggested I go to a local repair shop. I did and was told that the machine was very poorly built and would cost more to repair than to just go to microcenter and buy a new chromebook. They warned me against ever buying electronics from Target again. Lesson learned!
