This is a HORRIBLE product! I clearly ordered the red unit, but I received a black one instead. No explanation, no instructions, no paperwork whatsoever! Loose, random parts in the box, and everything poorly packaged. I purchased this as a birthday gift, and needless to say, the birthday was ruined!

I ordered a 34" ultrawide monitor. The box it came in was far too big for the protective packaging so I could tell the item rattled around the foam all the way to my house. I have to wipe all of the foam smudges off with a damp rag. The base came broken, the tab that organizes all of the cords. It also isn't the same monitor as pictured. The one pictured has a red base and red accents on the back. Luckily it is the same model and does run at the same hz as the one I ordered. Overall I am very unimpressed and now my only options are return it and get a refund or deal with it, I guess.
