Q: Should I chew or swallow this?

A: Good luck trying to swallow these Bella. The are sold as "caplets", which would suggest they're coated. Instead, they are large, uncoated and have gotten stuck in my throat several times. I usually like the Up & Up brand, but not this time.

I take numerous supplements, many 'horse sized' These have no coated and very chalky. I keep trying but find them VERY difficult to take. I literally gag and cough them up. A simple coating would help tremendously. I loved the price and quantity but am very disappointed that I can hardly ever get them down.
