A: There is an issue with their shipping center or supplier. This should be two separate pieces that attach to secure the photo. They keep on only shipping one of the two pieces.

A: Same question-are there suppose to be two pieces? My other acrylic block frames separate into two and the photo goes in between. This only has one acrylic block with magnetics and nothing to stick to.

A: These are 2 thick pieces of acrylic, with 4 small round magnets inside that make both acrylics hold together and the pictures between them.

No plastic protector so came in all scratched and scuffed up in the mail. Even cheap Temu acrylic items have plastic protectors to keep them blemish free

Scratch very easily
I bought 3 for gifts. I took the tape off and used goo gone and a paper towel to remove the sticky residue. Then I washed them with dish soap and my hand. I dried them with a special glass cloth. Every single piece is now scratched. I guess it was the paper towel? They’re cute, but I’m not sure how you’d clean them without scratching them.

Great frame, but why, why, why, is the paper insert attached with super-sticky double sided tape? Impossibe to get it off without leaving fingerprints, which then have to be cleaned up. Target - this is a fabulous product - just lose the double sided tape!

inflation strikes again
this is a good frame, but I want to talk about the shady pricing practices target is engaged in. the barcode on the product itself said 8 dollars. the little sign on the shelf said 10 dollars. is that how fast target is inflating prices now? they can't wait for a fresh shipment from the manufacturer, gotta raise those prices now.

Glue holding stock photo ruins frame
The stock photo is held to the frame with a type of glue that smears and will not come off, despite a hefty amount of elbow grease and rubbing alcohol. I was hoping to use this frame to display two instax (Polaroid) photos but will be returning because I could not get the glue off the center of the larger piece.
