Q: I just received these for Chrsitmas and even though they say they are charged completely the batteries die in a matter of minutes and automatically disconnect. Any suggestions? THanks!

Q: The battery automatically displays "60%" after being fully charged and dies in a matter of seconds with the left bud blinking first and chiming as soon as I connect to my device. What can I do?

Q: I bought these and accidentally threw away the manual, can't find any resources online for activating the ANC feature. Any help to describe turning on that feature?

Q: I used to have a different brand of earbuds that allowed me to activate a "find my earbud" feature and the earbud would "chirp". Do these have anything similar to that? Thanks!
