I got horrible retinol burn. I introduced this product very slow. I am still (after discontinuing the product over 1.5 weeks ago) recovering from flaky, red, damaged skin around my mouth/chin. Not worth it.

love this stuff
Everything in this line of products that I have tried is great. I am a pale skinned red head. I had a rather large dark pigment spot on my cheek bone (it showed up when I was in my late 40's early fifties). It was the first thing I saw whenever I looked in the mirror. The spot would look right back at me, stare and say, "Hey lady over here! See me? I am here to remind you that are getting older. I am here to remind you that you spent way too much time in the sun years ago". Well after using these products that spot is gone.

This Really Works
I'm in my 50's and have sun damage from younger years. I've tried a lot of products to try and fade the spots but this one has produced great results. The only thing that would make this product PERFECT would be to include sunscreen, otherwise I highly recommend it!

Use some caution
This stuff is very very strong! I mean, crazy strong. For some reason, I had developed a very dark rough patch of skin on my wrist. After about a year of hating this dark spot, I decided to find something that could peel it and renew the skin. After applying it daily for a few days, I noticed that it turned my skin very orange! For the life of me, I don't know how people put this onto their face! I digress.. After about two weeks, the skin is shed and peeled and brand new again. but it didn't solve the problem. After two months, the dark spot came back. So I went thru this peeling process 5 or 6 times. FINALLY, I can say that the dark spot is gone. Did this product work? Yes. was it easy? These things are never easy. There was no burning or strange feelings, but the skin definitely peeled. Use extreme caution if you're putting it on your face. You will be orange and you will peel! This product is phenomenal! I use it as a spot treatment whenever I get a pimple and it literately reduces the appearance and redness by 70%, to the point where I can't even see where the pimple was. The price and how effective the product is makes it a 5 out of 5 for me. Will continue to buy.
