I’ve been on this for a year & it’s amazing! I started at 50 yo & I went from having 10-15 hot flashes a day down to maybe 1 a couple times a week. It works!!! Get it on auto ship because when u run out the hot flashes return after 2-3 days . I use this now daily once a day & I also use the estrogen 1x a day also I added the estrogen after about 6 months this combo is working for me zero hot flashes now!!

I like the pump that helps measuring the dosage each time when I use it. The only thing I could complain is that I cannot see through the bottle and know how much it will have left.

I used this in May for 8 days. And it made my nails hard again, by 2 mths later I was pregnant. Progestrone stayed normal just after using that one time for those few days.

But after looking at the pump system, ingredients, reviews, facts, how straightforward and quick it is to use, he has said he would like to use the progesterone too. I like this cream for all same reasons stated in my Estriol review. I am trying to determine what other hormone balancing/replenishing substances he needs to use.

Not effective whatsoever. Other brands like Emerita ProGest work so much better where I see the results in my skin and feel mood balance. This cream does not easily absorb into skin and a nuisance when trying to avoid having it rub off.

I can really tell a difference in my mood using this progesterone cream. It took a couple weeks to notice a difference so don’t give up. I’m just happier using this. I’ve also noticed less hair fall out after about a month of use also. I will continue using this.
