The mini size is a big plus—they’re way easier to swallow than the regular ones. Within about 30 minutes, I usually start to feel drowsy and the pain eases up, letting me actually get some decent sleep. I don’t feel groggy in the morning either, which is a huge bonus. Advil always helps me if I have a headache or body aches if I’m feeling not my best. The sleep aid definitely makes you groggy, I will say that I wake up still feeling groggy no matter what sleep aid I take so I really only take this if I can sleep in the next morning, lol. The pill is easy to swallow and as long as I’ve eaten in the last hour or two doesn’t upset my stomach
