It works, but be mindful of warnings. It says not to use longer than 3 day time spans. I recommend following this warning because months later and I now have to see an ENT due to using this product for prolonged period. Use only as directed don’t exceed the recommended time frame.

I would highly recommended if you have nasal congestion.
