Directions ■ adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. ■ children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor To Use: Push firmly down on cap and turn counter clockwise. To spray, squeeze bottle quickly and firmly. Could literally ruin your life
Do Not buy this product, it’s like a drug, if you use it for than three days, you will be addicted to it,i’m totally serious,you will need to always take it, more and more, when you will try to stop, you will feel nausea,headaches and feeling like you’re always suffocating. Once you start, you can’t stop.

Re-design the bottle
The product works great. The lid needs a whole re-design. They know they have a poor design or they wouldn’t need a how-to video. The plastic bottle is soft, the plastic child proof portion hard and can only be opened a a very specific temperature. The bottle will sometimes break before the child proof will let you open. I’ve cut the lid off twice. I should quit buying. In the hospital we get a different version of the bottle. Opens no problem every time.

Spray works in seconds, bottle opens in hours
The product itself works great. However, getting the cap off is a joke. There's "how to" videos all over the internet. They're pretty hilarious watching people push the cap down so hard until the top sinks into the base....then they twist it off and say "there you go!". I should have done a video. I ripped the cap sides off with wire cutters and then took a pipe wrench get the rest to open. Really nice design Afrin engineers! It's definitely child-proof and quite nearly adult proof unless you have a tool belt.

Bottles impossible to open
The product itself is good but sweet jesus it is impossible to open the bottle. Being sick and struggling to open your only relief is insanity. Some bottles are so impossible to open you have to buy multiples in hopes of one being accessible.

I can’t open it
I’m losing my mind. I have watched YouTube videos asked my son to help i have a splitting g headache from clenching my teeth trying to open this absolutely reduculous bottle. I wonder how many people give up before they break their arm. Sounds like a class action lawsuit. I only bought this original because the pump list is half the volume for the same price. It’s such a rip off and now I’m ready to saw off the top. The other type of bottle is easier to open this just sucks don’t even buy it.

Terrible top and spray
I had a really difficult time getting the top off and the spray was very small. So not sure how much actually went up my nose. But it didn’t work nearly as well as when I’ve used this product before.

Great stuff Works Well! Why is it vanishing?
I've been using this product for many years and have always been pleased with it, But for the past couple months it has disappeared from the drug stores and grocery store pharmacy departments around the "Triple Cities" area of NYS. WHY!

Works fast
After a bout with a bloody nose, my doctor told me to use this spray. It really works great to unclog my nose. And my nose isn't as dry. The only problem, I'm having to use it every 6 hours, not 12. It is hard to open. But once opened, it works great.

This stuff works great! Especially useful for swimmer's/divers right before a dive to help clear your sinuses for those deep dives. The only thing is that it tastes disgusting. But for the outcome, it's worth it.

I like this item
I like this item but don't use too much but does seem to help you breathe better when needed .I haven't used recently but a good product overall.
