Long time customer Men+Care Deep Clean bar soap for many years. Disappointed with recent purchase due formula change. Lacks great scent and exfoliating quality. I do not like the new formula and will seek out a replacement.

Sometimes I wonder what is going on when a company has a product that people buy that people like then you take the package make it look the same and put in a completely different product that is horrible horrendous beyond terrible whoever did this should be fired bring back the original deep clean that you used to have this pink bar belongs in a in a brothel doesn't belong in a men's shower

Used the product for years, but the 12 pack i just bought has different product. Packaging looks the same on the overpack (shows gray bar), but inside the bar is fleshly pink in color and has a very strong scent (had to let it sit to air out as right out of the box was very strong).

Disgusting odor! After using this same soap for years, they changed the formula and leaves skin irritated and smells like I just bathed in chemicals. Will never purchase from Dove again!

I have not reviewed the product but I do not recommend buying AG care from Target through this retailer. Way too many complications with shipping. Buy from Ulta save yourself the hassle.

So i havent used deep clean bar soap in lije 2 years, now that i have it again. It smells a lot lije the extra fresh soap and not the original sandalwoody type smell. Why did it change? Why not just enhance the original scent? Not sure im a fan of it and i been using it for almost 15 years, what gives?

I'm a woman and this is honestly the only I love using.

The previous, original formula was perfect. The "New Look" is actually a "New Formula" and smells awful and has less of the exfoliating grains. Unilever made a horrible mistake. Plus it foams too much now and leaves my skin kind of greasy and the bar dissolves away much faster, too.

It can be quite harsh for those with sensitive skin, and I certainly would not recommend anyone to use this soap on their face especially. It definitely gets the job done but I just wouldn't recommend it for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, so I tried to soap out at the request of my wife. I do like a couple of things about it. The scent is OK not particularly strong. Well I do like is how it works. When you lather it up there's a creaminess to it It also has these little abrasive beads in it. They feel a little harsh on your fingers, but you don't really notice it while you're scrubbing it on your body. I do love the way lathers up. It does be my skin feeling nice and soft.

I like to just use it on my body as I don't like applying soap to my face as my face can be sensitive, and I love how it leaves my skin feeling clean but not dried out. The exfoliating aspect is subtle, but it's just enough to feel like I'm getting a deeper clean. It's smells very fresh and clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Dove Men+Care Deep Clean Body and Face Bars to test and review, and honestly, I'm very happy with them. They come in a set of 6, which means I'll have plenty to last me for a good long while. I'm not totally sure I can pinpoint what the scent is, but it smells nice, is definitely a more masculine scent, but it isn't overpowering. In the shower, it almost reminds me a bit of the subtle scent one of my wife's shower steamers would provide. On the skin and after a shower, there is a subtle scent, but again, love that it's not overpowering and you really only notice it if you smell it up close. In terms of cleaning power, it does a phenomenal job. I have keratosis pilaris on the back of my arms. I tried testing it out by using the bar on the back of one arm, but not the other, and found there was an immediate difference in texture between the two. The exfoliation beads did a great job of smoothing down the bumps and leaving everything smooth and clean. My wife even tried it herself (she's likes to try new products and is picky about the scents I use lol) and she also liked it a lot. She said the scent was too masculine for her to want to use every day, but she liked it on me, and she was also happy with what the exfoliation did for her. I've always felt that men deserve self care, too, and this Dove Men+Care does exactly that.

Overall satisfied.
