AI POWERED 4K Guard Pro Wi-Fi 6 Plug-in Security Camera with 64GB SD Card

I have found motion detection is sketchy on other cameras, but these work as they should. Some difficulty positioning them. They have 3 options for night vision. Max storage micro SD card is 256 GB. They will record 24/7, and still send alerts, you can choose vehicle, human, and motion. For easier file review, it appears the pay cloud storage is needed, but it is very reasonably priced. The video is clear and colors bright. I have slower wireless internet, and it records and plays back well. The initial setup was not difficult. I had a weak wifi signal where I wanted to place them, had to move my extender closer. I have the wireless versions, but they have ethernet connectors also. I would purchase these again.

These cameras are the best I’ve used. I’ve owned other comparable wifi cameras and nothing I’ve used even comes close to the Defender products. The ease of use, connectivity and user friendly Defender Guard app is flawless. I recommended these along with Defender products to all my family and friends and have even expanded my system to Defender wireless and POE Sentinel systems and every one gives me the same reliability and best resolution available.

Added a camera to my existing network. Easy to install and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the camera and the software.

I bought this back in November and almost returned it, so glad I didn't, the view is crystal clear..it is as easy to set up as it says, pretty much screw in mounting and connect camera to it.

Love my old set of these, so when I went looking to add on, I decided to get as close as possible to what I had. What a great choice! The new ones are even better! Fantastic picture and love the fact that it lets you know if it's a human detected, automobile , or motion.

Sharp images and very easy to connect to wifi. We can also configure different zones for different areas.

This camera provides excellent picture. Human detection works well. Definitely this is the best of Defender Guard cameras. I do have complains about entire cameras family (like absence of PoE, non-weather proof power supply and need to use outlet, limitation to watch in app only, poor integration to smart home etc.) but if we agree with all these limitations this is very good camera overall.

I can’t speak for other companies but the service and cameras are great. I’ve got the older version & just got the newer ones a little bit of a learning curve but great upgrade.

So far so good. Motion detection seems very good compared to older models. I’m satisfied so far.

I've had these cameras installed for over a year now. I absolutely love them! I am currently a police officer and formerly Iran a security business dealing in surveillance systems for businesses primarily. I sold and installed the surveillance systems. These cameras are as good or better than most of the systems I sold to businesses and for only a Fraction of the cost. I can't recommend these highly enough. After showing other police officers these Amazing cameras, and the simple but full fearured app, many of them have installed them on their own homes and have thanked me for it. As a police officer who's unit focuses on gangs, gun violence, and drugs, I am often threatened by gang members. My photo has been posted on social media by some of these individuals as a target. I say that to say, I take mine and my family's safety Very Serious! I will do anything or spend any amount of money to keep them safe. The Defender Guard cameras gives me and my family peace of mind knowing that no one, no car, no bicycle, Nothing can approach our house day or night without us knowing. These cameras are the most bang for the buck you will find. I trust them with the thing most dear to me, my family.

I love the cameras themselves, but the app only works on Android phones and tablets, and they haven't updated it since 2019. Sometimes the app will just close for no reason. I tried building a VM on my Windows 2010 laptop with various versions of Android, but the Defender app will not start up. Please update the app to be more compatible.

We've had a Defender Guard camera in our front yard for 2 or 3 years, decided to go with DG again for the back yard. I installed this new one in, literally 15 minutes, 3 screws and run the wire to the outlet...super easy to pair to my existing DG app. I recommend these to all of my friends.

Work great. Menus could be better. Setup is easy. Mounting screws are cheap and strip very easily.

Very simple to set and use. My son was so impressed her bought them as well

We have been using Defender for many years, including 2 generations of the Defender Phoenix cameras with DVR. We decided we wanted to view and be alerted when away from home, but didn't want to pay monthly subscriptions. So we ordered the Guard Pro 2K WiFi. I kinda knew the Wi-Fi signal would be iffy on the house exterior, and a pre-installation test proved that. (I'm thinking this is the case with many WiFi cameras installed on the exterior of a home). So I bought a 50 foot Cat6 cable and ran it with the power cable and plugged it into our router. A few days in, after us old folks figured out how to use the app, it seems to be working well. We get notifications to our phones and can view live or recorded footage while away. Hopefully we won't need to upgrade our cellular data plan. For now, we still have our Defender Phoenix DVR system running in parallel, and will probably continue to use it as a window to our driveway and as backup security. I still haven't installed the second camera, as I'm pretty sure I will need to install an ethernet cable to it as well. but I'll figure it out. The camera mount is not as flexible on this model and there is only one axis adjustment (just 90 degrees) once mounted. So I would suggest installing only one mounting screw (to enable swivel) until aiming is correct. The Phoenix model mount has unlimited ball joint X-Y axis adjustment. It seems I always need to sign into the app after another authorized user (my wife) has logged in. A bit of an inconvenience but maybe a good security safeguard? ....still learning.
