Jon Dario is a veteran retail executive, speaker, author, and leadership coach with over thirty years of experience leading teams and transforming operations across some of the most recognizable names in retail, including Macy's, Gap, Bank of America, and Travelex. Upon landing a formative internship at a small department store, he soon discovered that retail success isn't about flashy ideas; it's about consistent execution. That insight shaped a career that has been defined by building systems that deliver results, not just promises.

Jon is the creator of action item management, or AIM, a practical framework designed to help managers lead with structure, follow-through, and clarity. Today, through his books, workshops, and consulting engagements, he helps retail leaders and organizations turn consistent execution into their most powerful competitive edge. His mission is simple: help companies achieve radically reliable results by making execution the norm.
