The Cloud AIREX Balance Foam Pad is a stability trainer designed for balance, stretching, exercise, physical therapy, mobility, rehabilitation and core strength training. This balance pad is non-slip and comes in blue. The pad is great for my clients. We use it for kneeling, on the wall for their knees and other body parts. It’s not real thick or real thin. Has enough cushion to what I need for clients. It’s a small pad. I would buy again if I needed to
