I enjoy this.product when im sick. It helps and.does what its supposed to do. I dont like how large the pills are though. It makes it hard to swallow when allergies are haywire.

Bought this last night so I could stop sneezing and being a snot fountain. Little expensive but I did get some rest and the waterworks in my nose shut off.

These really work for sinus issues! I was so grateful to have them when I did because my sinus congestion was so bad. I am also glad they are liquid gels. It’s pretty much like other severe sinus medications but I feel like it works better for me at least.

Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect when I received the Alka-Seltzer Plus Powermax Gels. The liquid gels are so easy to take, they’re small and come without any yucky aftertaste. I love that you can take one tablet and cover allergy and cold symptoms. This will definitely be a purchase of mine in the future.

I thought this worked really well when I was starting to feel the sluggishness for sickness setting in. I started taking it and felt better within a couple days! Great product and will definitely use it again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This product met my need perfectly. In a short time I was feeling better. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow.

Let me start by saying I appreciate how small these liquagels are. Unlike other sinus liquagels I've taken in the past, these are tiny and easier to take when you already have icky throat drainage and swelling, which makes breathing or even drinking difficult! This medication works fast to relieve symptoms of sinus pain and congestion and will be my go to going forward!

I have bad allergies and these helped, i wouldn’t say it’s the best but they work for now. A big con for me was how big the pills are.

Took this when having major allergy/sinus issues. Helped ease my symptoms and made me feel better. Will definitely restock this in my cabinet.

To be honest, I wasn’t fully thrilled getting the notification to review this item because I didn’t think I was going to try it. Unfortunately, every time I get a notification to try something that will be medication, I end up having to take it. The pills are a decent size but if you have a swollen throat, they might be uncomfortable to swallow. As far as how effective they are, I am not sure if they served their purpose but what I will say they did for me was allow me to get some sleep. I had sinus pressure causing a headache and hard time breathing through both nose and mouth but while I was asleep, I was able to breathe better. These must not be that expensive at your local drug store. Thanks Influenster and Alka- Seltzer for letting me review this when I needed it completely free of charge.

I am so so happy that Alka Seltzer finally came out with a better and easier way to take. I always disliked having to drink the fizzy Alka-Seltzer water when I needed to take it. So glad they made capsules. Easy to swallow, and very effective. Have already recommended and will purchase in future! Thank you for making these!

This gave me relief but it did make me sleepy. I take allergy medicine every day cause if not I die but once in awhile even with allergy medicine I get these sinus headaches and nothing help. This helps but it made me sleepy. Any kinda of sinus relief medicine makes it worse so I’ll take sleepy over no relief at all. Will be purchasing this again.

I had a severe allergy in fall, and this product teally helped my sinus to saty open, because otherwise I would be all day with a full box of kleenex by my side, I recommend it!
