Your commercial: has a tissue IN HIS HAND and he sneezes on his sleeve. I've used alka seltzer my entire life and it's always made me feel better until this commercial. Take responsibility for what you show people and hold ad agencies to a higher standard.

Cheaper, easy to use, but does not work. My cough and cold did not go away. This is the reason why this medicine is cheaper than others.

Relieves Symptoms Fast
This product stands up to my cold & cough and certainly relieves my symptoms fast. My biggest complaint is that the size & shape of these gels is so awkward. I try everything from large gulps of water to applesauce to get them down. Every time I take them they get stuck in my throat. I do see they make an effervescent kind- if I can find it I will try it. If only these were shaped more oblong maybe. I take vitamins of all sizes & shapes but this particular shape is just about impossible to swallow. A+ for effect/F- for ease of swallowing.

Very difficult to tear apart and then open.
We have quite purchasing because of the difficulty to open and separate packaging. QC on packaging needs to test for strength to tear and open product packaging.

Life saver!
I am fighting a really bad cold. Of course it’s back to school time, sports have started back up and as a Mom there is NO time for down time. I bought Alka Seltzer Cols & Cough max strength liquid tablets on my way to soccer practice. Within 30 minutes I was feeling so much better. Thank you thank you!. Going to be using this product to get through this cold!

I had a cold and started using these liquid gels and it really helped with my cold/sneezing/congestion. Really great taste compared to the dissolving tablets, and fast acting. Highly recommended!

Please add more doses to package!
This product works very well for me, but I think they could easily fit 2 more doses (4 liquid gels) inside the box. As it is now, there are only 10 doses (20 liquid gels) and 2 empty blister packs where more pills should be. I'd really like to get more for my money.

If you need to be in a meeting, you will cough and cough until you're blue in the face. This product didn't work for me. Alka Seltzer plus severe DOES work to take away the cough so you can work or sleep without interruption.

The Best Around
I tried 4 different medicines to treat my cold and none of them addressed all of my symptoms and got me back to work as fast as this one. Price was a little more than the others but it was worth it overall.

I Remember when Bayer use to be a brand that I could trust. I will stick to my regular cold and flu medicine. Alka-Seltzer Plus Maximum Strength Cold & Cough Liquid Gels was okay, but not as good as my go to medication.

Worked well
I was feeling ill so I got to try this product and it worked well I think that it wasn’t the best cold product I have used and it would do good for a mild cold but not a bad one.

Works really fast!
The Maximum Strength Cold & Cough Liquid Gels from Alka-Seltzer is a really great product. Its fast acting due to the pill being a liquid gel. My cough was suppressed and my cold symptoms went away fairly fast. I recieved this product at the perfect time!

It came in very handy when one morning I wake up feeling very yucky. I had a huge sinus headache and immediately took the medicine I took it for 2 days and noticed the difference in how quick it helped me. Im so happy I took them.
