Unsafe to Swallow
The medicine works great but I have only taken one pill last night and one pill tonight. I won't try again because both times I thought I was going to die. The panic I felt trying to get more water in to wash each one down wasn't worth the risk. My husband took my second pill tonight and even though he's a good-sized guy, he also had trouble and had to drink more water to clear his throat. It sticks close to your windpipe. Terrifying!

I love the way this medicine helps the Symptoms but man! I cannot swallow these on first try for the life of me! I feel like i'm going to choke and die every time I take it. but my boyfriend bought them for me so I will take them for now. This Issue is common with a lot of us.And I'm not sure why this hasn't been changed but I hope it does get fixed!

Definitely relieved symptoms
This was my first time trying the Alka-Seltzer cold and cough and it definitely lessened the symptoms of the cold. Relieved the headache and body aches also helped with the congestion. I would definitely recommend these. You do need scissors or something sharp to open them.

Impossible for me to swallow
Could not take…I just tried twice to swallow these (usually don’t have a problem with other pills) and it got stuck in my throat both times. I had to cough it up. I don’t know if it’s the shape or what.

I love alka-seltzer but this was very hard to swallow, I literally had to throw it back up because it wouldn’t go down. I want to return it so bad but I just don’t have the energy.

Choking Hazzard
These pills are a choking hazard. I had to throw them in the trash after choking on them three times. Very hard small pills. The shape and hardness causes them to lodge in the throat. I don’t care about whether they help with sinus symptoms if I may die trying to swallow them.

Hurts to swallow!!
I have never had a pill cause pain when trying to swallow. Why are they round and not elongated??!! I will not be buying these again. I don't even have a sore throat until after trying to get these down. They were out of the effervescent tablets but next time I will go elsewhere to find them. These monsters are terrible.

Although the medicine basically works, these are the hardest to swallow and get stuck in my throat. this is a choking hazard for someone who is ill and swollen throat that is now bruised from trying to choke down. Please change the shape of your gels. and No i don't care for the tablets you put in water, they taste awful and can't get the medicine down.

Just tried these the other day for the 1st time and oh my goodness the day work wonderfully the the only downside I found is they do take about 45 minutes before you really start to feel the effect of them and of course you're gonna want to look for a coupon because they are a little bit on the pricer your side but they are completely worth it

I actually really liked the product effects. It helped with my congestion, and I've used Alka seltzer products before. But I'm used to taking multiple vitamins at once, and I could barely swallow one of these at a time. They went down rough and I think itd be easy for someone to choke on.

Bro , I have never … and when I never I mean Neverrrrrr have I EVER seen a company advertise a pill to be 25 percent smaller , yet still feel make the user feel as if they’d swallowed a sock of marbles . For me to already have a cold and this hurt my throat even more .. is and insult to my purchase
