I tried this when I had a very bad cold over the winter. It worked good and fast. The soft gels makes it work faster and you don’t get that cough syrup taste. It’s fairly priced for the size of the package.

This works so good for your cold and flu symptoms. Also helps with body aches extremely well. We use Akla Seltzer quite often and always will. Works the best in my opinion.

Effective I personally love them they are easy to swallow they don't have a nasty flavor you get a lot and I trust the brand and ingredients, packaged well.

I really like how these work but the shape of the pill is awkward to swallow. I have never had issues talking other meds, but I dread these pills because they're too round and the feeling lingers in my throat. I don't understand how these are easier to swallow then regular gel caps. I won't buy this kind again.

No doubt Alka Seltzer cold and flu daytime is better than DayQuil — works quickly and takes care of my runny nose, cough, headache. But my god, the packaging is impossible to open. And I’m a fit 41-year-old. I can’t imagine if I were disabled or an elderly person. I am 65 went to Disneyland walked 11 miles I was tired with a headache. My daughter gave me the seltzer I felt better went home so glad to get to bed. I could not sleep. A few days later I had another headache and again my daughter gave me the seltzer. I could not sleep the whole night. So since I could not sleep I looked up ingredients CAFFEINE. UGH

I tried the Alka-Seltzer Cold and Flu Power Max Gels (Maximum Strength/Day Non-Drowsy formula) when I recently experienced minor cold symptoms. Personally, I feel that the Alka-Seltzer cold remedy helped to alleviate my cold symptoms. I had a scratchy throat, itchy ears and nasal congestion and these symptoms improved after taking the product. The liquid gels were easy to swallow and they didn’t leave a bad taste in the mouth. Also, I didn’t feel overly drowsy after taking liquid gels. I expected the medication to be strong because it is a maximum strength formula, but I would not say that the medication was strongest in regards to alleviating my cold symptoms. Nevertheless, I feel the Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and Flu PowerMax liquids gel is a decent cold remedy and I would recommend it.
