It has taken me 55 years to find the ideal fry pan! Absolutely love it. Performs in high heat. frying, blanching, Cantonese cooking, sauteeing, you name it. Non stick, and cleans easily and beautifully. I wish I could get more lids!

This is just what nonstick cookware should be like! They cook evenly are easy to clean. They’re seem to be heavy duty compared to other brands I’ve owned in the past. I was a little reluctant to purchase these, but I’m really happy I did. I’m considering purchasing some of the other nonstick All-Clad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These nonstick pans are great! So great I'm switching over to them completely. The heat distribution is great and gives nice, even cooking. They even work on our glass top with no issue. Clean up is an absolute breeze, too, no matter what you throw at it. It's got a nice weight and doesn't dent easily or get bent out of shape quickly. Yes they're a bit pricey but the quality is worth it!

Eggs slide off pretty smoothly and it cleaned burned chicken off easily (whoops). Only negative so far is that the lid handles are not insulated from the glass so they do get very hot.
