    A lot of care & maintenance requires

    The cutting boards come with oil. You need to oil them every day for a week and then once a month after that. I don’t know why they didn’t arrive pre-treated so that you could use them out of the box?

    Wood v plastic

    It was time to retire my plastic trays that I used for cutting boards. I send my knives away once a year for sharpening. The knives would lose their sharpness as a result of cutting on plastic trays. Plus it is healthier to use wooden cutting boards.
