Great pans and nice set!
I recently had to replace my Calphalon's Hard-Anodized Nonstick set due to normal wear. I was cooking with those pans for 15 years. A lot has changed in the last 15 years with pans, materials, and information about materials that can leach into your food while cooking. I was a little hesitant to buy this set because of the non-stick but I just really like cooking with non-stick pans. I've been cooking on this set for about a week and although a little heavier than my other set, these really do heat up evenly and cook my food perfectly with easy clean up. You can feel the difference in quality between this set and my old set. I'm very happy with this purchase.

They Warp and not inductive compatible
obviously there is no doubt All clad pots and pans are great, however I have been through 2 sets of these and as far as induction they are not really compatible. Once used a few times they warp and when you put them on a inductive stove they dance and spin. I thought I may have quenched the pots so I ordered a second set but same results. The base of these pans need to be beefier. Disappointed

QUALITY
Have used for +/-3 years and some of the pots/pans are no longer flat on the bottom. There is slight warping which is not optimum for induction cookware.

Product, not the same as before not a 100% nonstick pan. Need to use additional butter when cooking your eggs.

Finally, A Great All Purpose Fry Pan!
It has taken me 55 years to find the ideal fry pan! Absolutely love it. Performs in high heat. frying, blanching, Cantonese cooking, sauteeing, you name it. Non stick, and cleans easily and beautifully. I wish I could get more lids!

Simply fantastic, no regrets, no problems, I’d buy these again!
This is just what nonstick cookware should be like! They cook evenly are easy to clean. They’re seem to be heavy duty compared to other brands I’ve owned in the past. I was a little reluctant to purchase these, but I’m really happy I did. I’m considering purchasing some of the other nonstick All-Clad.

Great non stick pans that does not stick!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The All-Clad HA1 Expert Non-stick set is a great set of non-stick pans ranging from skillets to pots. All have a great non-stick coating that so far have not chipped away. I have made scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes, and quesadillas. I was able to use a little oil and the food easily glided off. It heats evenly and cleanup is a breeze. Definitely a lot better than cermanic coated non-stick surfaces after long term use.

Nonstick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nonstick is an understatement. You can literally burn your food and it still wouldn’t stick to these pans. While I don’t recommend burning your food, it’s good to know that your pots and pans won’t get ruined if it were to happen.
