A: Thanks for your question, Peggy! The All-Pro Passer Pickleball Trainer is designed to work best with standard pickleballs. Using dimple golf balls or small wiffle-style balls may affect performance and hasn’t been tested, so we can’t guarantee consistent launching or accuracy with those.

A: To help you with attaching the side net supports (step 9 in the instructions): Once the catch tray is fully assembled, the J shaped arms go into slots on the left and right outer edges of the catch tray. To insert them, the net holder channels should be facing in toward the center of the machine, and then you have to tilt the J toward the front of the device by around 15 degrees to be able to slide it into its slot so it rests securely. Then you can attach the net to the two slots of these J shaped arms. If you’re still unsure, refer to the image in step 9 of your instruction sheet, which visually shows the side net supports being inserted into the slots on the brackets attached to the bottom tray pieces.
