These are my favorite. I use these now since I’ve had my baby. Leak proof, great for heavy flow, don’t sit in it too long it’ll stick to you. The wings and thickness help absorb the mess. They are also true to size.

I think Always Long pads are an excellent product. They’re perfect for overnight as they allow you to move around without any leaks or stains. I feel Always pads are a superior product and I would recommend them to friends.

The size of the pad corresponds to the description on the package. Comfortable to wear pads during the day and even at night. Completely protects against leaks and even pad wings. No air permeability, not recomend with high activity. Absorbs well and does not leak.

These pads are absolutely reliable and perfect for heavy flow days. The extra long length and wings give great coverage and protection, so I never have to worry about leaks especially overnight. They’re super absorbent without feeling bulky, and I love that they’re unscented, which is great for sensitive skin. They stay in place well and feel comfortable even after hours of wear. One of the few pads that truly combines comfort, security, and discretion. Definitely a top choice!

I have been using Always pads for as long as I can remember, and I love how the ultra thin makes it feel like you're not wearing a pad at all. It absorbs my periods very well throughout the day. I haven't noticed any odor issues, so I'd definitely recommend them!!

Always has been my go to for at least 20 years. The reasons are that they are super absorbent during my heavy flow and they’re thin, so I don’t feel like I’m wearing a diaper, and they absorb odor extremely well. I am starting menopause, now, but this will continue to be my regular brand until I no longer need them.

These have been my tried and true for years in terms of comfort, fit, and breathability. They absorb well and seem to do well at preventing leakage. I like that there's a range of sizes. My only recommendation would be a more discreet packaging to keep in a purse, but that's such minor thing that it's not enough to rate it lower.
