Best hair cream ever. Used it for a couple months and it’s nice and flexible. I usually slick my hair back very loosely and this keeps it for quite a while. Works best when my hair is blow dried back.

I bought 4 American crew products at the same time to compare them, the Cream Pomade, the Matte Styling Cream, the Forming Cream, and the Defining Paste. The descriptions on the American Crew website aren't helpful, so I am hoping my description helps. The Cream Pomade dries quickly and dries slightly firm. It does not really hold shape but keeps the frizz down. If you rub your fingers through it, it will still keep the frizz lightly at bay. It holds a bit less than I want, but I can't fault the product for that. It does tend to feel lightly greasy if you don't shower in the morning.

I like this product. I've been using it for a while. It definitely has a good hold on your hair without making it look like there's anything in your hair. I would recommend maybe adding some natural ingredients to make it smell a little better, if possible. Also, I don't know who did the wrapping, but filling up the entire box with confetti paper for a small container of this cream pomade was not the move. If it's like an environmentally friendly thing, I get it, but find a new option. The confetti paper is a mess and leaves behind a lot of paper powder all over everything inside the box and then it got on my hands and on the floor.

This rich yet lightweight cream spreads easily and provides a light hold with low shine as described. Its aroma is quite similar to Fiber and its performance is what I would imagine a light gold version of that product to be. This would be great for medium to coarse hair in short styles that seek natural control without the need for major sculpting or manipulating. If you seek something with a low shine finish but more substantial and/or element-defying hold then try Fiber or perhaps combine the two products for customized control.

Love this American Crew product. I style my husband's hair with this daily. It doesnt set sticky or greasy, easy to work with and smells great. Worth the price. No cons with this product. Works for styling and setting calics so they arent messy looking

Fantastic Product! The Cream Pomade is super smooth and silky. Although I have really thick hair, it is easy to apply and will have your hair looking and smelling great all day!

I used this for the first time today, I wish it had a bit stronger hold, but that's alright it is a light hold product I wouldn't have left a poor review for that. But the smell, it's not very nice, it's a weird unpleasant but familiar smell.
