    After two trips, the handle completely broke off while simply pulling it along in the airport. The "warranty" offered by American Traveler requires you to pay to ship the suitcase back to them (which would be about half the cost of the actual suitcase). Ridiculous. I hate that quality items don't exist anymore in this overproduced market.

    Bought this luggage during my vaction in California to bring back additional items. On my follofing trip the handle bars broke while I was at ther airport. For the amount of money I spent on this luggae I would expect it to last more than one trip.
