The top handle broke, making the suitcase less usable

The top handle broke off while merely loading it into a car at the airport, and it only got worse from there. Before I knew it, the wheels followed suit and then the second side handle, rendering the suitcase completely unusable. I was left stranded overseas with a defective suitcase, facing the embarrassment and inconvenience of traveling with luggage that was falling apart. The customer service response was equally frustrating, suggesting I was at fault for not filing a claim against the airline for what was clearly a product deficiency. I cannot recommend this suitcase to anyone. Its lack of durability and the company’s refusal to acknowledge and address the apparent product failure is unacceptable. Buyer beware: AMERICAN TOURISTER “High Price, Short Trips: Where Your Money Travels Further Than Your Luggage."

Don’t buy this luggage. First time using it, the front 2 wheels came off and the bottom corners where they were attached shattered. If I can return it and get my money back I would.

Very poor quality and manufacturer’s warranty is worthless. Handle broke off on 1st flight. Entire vacation was spent carrying my “spinner” suitcase by the side handle. What a joke. Will definitely be returning.

Bag size and spinner smoothness is good, but our bag didn’t even survive its first flight. The handle broke off the top and is missing after one 2-hour flight. Build quality is flimsy. Backing up a bit, the product registration process through Photoregister was also frustrating. It should be easy, but the product type isn’t recognized in the company’s online bag registration form, so attempts to register the bag through text and the advertised registration site were unsuccessful. Finally trying to submit a complaint through the brand website was also unsuccessful because there is an image size maximum, and regular photos uploaded directly from my phone are exceeding the upload size. I’m hitting lots of walls with this process, and it doesn’t have to be this way. For an expensive bag, it shouldn’t have broken at all, or at least not immediately.

It’s a piece of plastic garbage. The top handle broke before I even checked my bag. Will be returning.

Liked the product is very resistance and light weight i would recommend this product to anyone. price, and good material.
