HOW TO APPLY:
- Shake the pen before use.
- Draw on a flat surface to ensure the ink flows to the tip.
- Start at the base of your brow and apply hair-like strokes in the direction of hair growth, focusing on sparse areas.
- Continue adding strokes throughout your brow for more detail.
- After every 5-6 strokes, let the ink dry, then blend using the spoolie brush.
PRO TIPS:
- Use the spoolie brush to fix any mistakes.
- Store vertically with the tip facing down for best results.
- Apply the tip perpendicular to the surface, keeping the tip elevated as you apply.
- Use 1 shade lighter throughout the brow and 1 shade deeper in areas where you are most sparse to create a dimensional look.
- Use 1 shade lighter in the front of the brow, and 1 shade deeper from the arch to the end of the brow.
- For oily skin, use toner before applying.
- Select a shade closest to your natural hair color.
- Can be used to color correct micro-bladed brows.
- Can be used to create faux freckles.

Great formula, imperfect shade match
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary from Anastasia Beverly Hills and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I really like the Microstroke Brow Pen overall. The formula is smooth, long-lasting, and great for filling in sparse areas without looking heavy. It definitely helps create a fuller, more defined brow. I also really appreciate the little spoolie on the other end of the pen— it’s great for blending everything out and softening the edges for a more natural look. The only downside for me is the shade. It’s supposed to be a medium brown, which is usually the perfect match for me, but this one runs quite a bit darker than expected. On top of that, the pen doesn’t quite deliver those ultra-fine, hair-like strokes I was hoping for. It works beautifully for general definition, just not as precise as I imagined. Still, it’s a solid brow pen with great staying power, and I’ll keep using it— just maybe in a lighter shade next time!

The tip is super fine, so it’s easy to create little hair-like strokes that make my brows look natural and fuller without feeling overdone. New must-have in my routine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t tell you enough how much this eyebrow pen surprised me. I wasn’t expecting it to be so amazing. The thin tip allows you to be more precise when making long stokes. The color Taupe was good for me and I usually go for medium browns or dark browns. The formula is made to last all day even though it’s easy to play with and doesn’t dry quickly. All in all, I’d be getting this pen again as soon as I’m out of the first one.

Smooth and beautiful color!

This brow pen glides on so smoothly and the color is a beautiful lightish brown at first, then darkens as you apply. The strokes are so tiny and it gives you a perfect lift every single time. I love that the spoolie is on the other end so you can have one product to use rather than two. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is just starting out with learning how to do their eyebrows.

It gave my brows a harsh, almost Sharpie like look instead of soft, natural strokes. Even with a light hand, it still looked too bold and fake. For something marketed as “microstroke,” I expected finer, more natural results. Definitely not the soft, realistic finish I was hoping for.
