Anastasia (DVD)

Have always loved this movie, super thrilled to own it on DVD finally! There is a difference between the illustration of the characters on the cover vs what they actually look like in the movie but it doesn't bother me one bit. I would honestly guess that the difference, for those who really care, is simply due to new marketing teams/package design etc. Kind of like how they slightly redesigned Cinderella to give her a messy bun rather than her original French roll style. It's just a picture on a movie cover, I don't think it's a big deal! (: the movie animation itself is, of course, the same, so no worries there either.

My family owned this growing up as a VHS, it's always been one I like(nastalgia factor may be involved), that being said there was a newer version that this one that included a digital download for free. I got this one because I thought the cover art was closer to the originals. However the dipiction of Anastasia on the cover does not look very much like she does in the film so I feel that I should have maybe bought the other version that only shows her on the cover and looks very much unlike the movie form of her. Anyway, I'm hungry and should maybe eat, probably won't but this is dragging on either way.
