Q: Why was this downsized. The last mega packs I bought a month ago had 425 sheets instead of 320? :(

A: KB from Georgia Pacific, Just how many sheets were on a roll prior to the time Georgia Pacific, realized the rolls don't fit , how many rolls were there , how many now ?& comment on the reduced width?
submitted byFormer customer - 2 years agoA: ITs called Shrink-flation. You pay the same or more and get less. Marketing says its softer or thicker, but they already had a plush version so no need to dilute your product line IF was true intent.

Removing sheets allows the product to increase in thickness while ensuring our rolls still fit comfortably on bathroom wall dispensers. In doing this, we also added rolls to the pack so that you’ll get approximately the same number of sheets as you did before at a similar price. Thank you for considering Angel Soft® products.

A: Hello, this is the Customer Response Team at Georgia-Pacific. We do utilize bleaching processes to whiten the paper, but they do not include the use of sodium hypochlorite (the bleaching chemical in household bleach).

What a disappointment Target has become. They just sent damaged products and won't process a refund or replacement until I return the items...In what universe is acceptable to send products with broken packaging. And now I have to find time to go to the store or the post office so they return my money. All the convenience of ordering online is GONE. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!

Quality has declined. Paper tears, less absorbent and the feel is different. Have used this product for years and have cycled through changes but this is the worst.

Angel soft is the only toilet paper my family and I use we love how soft it is the thickness of it we really love the scented rolls because it just gives that little bit absent in your bathroom when otherwise it would smell nasty cuz it's a bathroom the scent is not too overpowering it's just right my kids love it my fiance loves it I love it we never buy any other toilet paper than Angel soft the amount that you get on each roll is great for the price we would never use another toilet paper again after finding Angel soft and my favorite thing about it is when you're done wiping there's no little pieces left behind

Wasn’t happy with my 18 mega pack most of the rolls are shredded Toilet paper was going into shreds. I have pictures to prove it. That I bought on the month of April 2025.
