The new version of it SUCKS! I thought someone had bought and put different lower quality toilet paper inside the 30 pack and re-sealed the plastic around everything but nope they just decided to change the quality and ruin it.. why’d we “fix” what wasn’t broke.

I discovered Targets Up & Up during the toilet paper shortage in 2020 and liked it so well that I haven’t brought a different brand since. It’s soft, absorbent and it doesn’t tear apart when using. Easy for the little ones to use as well. Absolutely a good investment.

i bought that toilet paper before and love it but on 8/9/25 i bought 30 rolls my mistake, they change it, its no longer 2 ply and soft , its 1 ply with a weird design look like little punch hole and tough, and its abrasive on your skin.

We used to love this TP, now it’s on par with cheap, scratchy TP. Target must be changing manufacturers or using inferior ingredients because the quality of their products has reduced dramatically. I used to love their glucose tablets, too, but they are no longer edible. So disappointed!

Ever since they changed the packaging to this new periwinkle/ light blue color the quality has gone to down the toilet. Before the reformulation, his *was* my favorite TP due to the affordability and surprisingly decent quality. New product is rough, thin, and doesn’t tear evenly at the perforations because the two pieces of ply do not always match up.
