Premium Ultra Soft Toilet Paper - up&up™

Been buying this product for years and they appear to have changed it this summer or fall? Not the same material anymore. Wish I had known before I opened a giant multi pack!

This USED TO BE my favorite toilet paper, and the only brand I would buy. The last time I bought it I thought I had purchased the wrong one, It was no longer soft and had lots of lint. Please bring back your former toilet paper! I will now be looking for another brand.

Looks like Mr Target CEO needed a raise so the quality of household essentials needed to pay the price. Absolutely do not recommend this TP for the reasons the majority of people are complaining about.

I do not recommend this toilet paper it leaves behind paper bits when you wipe. I have to baby wipe after this bath tissue. It is absorbent with little tissue and a good roll size. But I do not like messy tissue especially because it is expensive. Please listen and do not buy this..I bought a 30 pack and deeply regret it.

Makes so much bathroom dust. Overpriced for poor quality

I have been buying this toilet paper for the last 5 years and the only one I’d buy. This last purchase is completely different. The rolls are smaller now and it’s thin/cheap.

Terrible paper it leaves so much residue as soon as you open the package it has tons of small circle stuff do not buy

Horrible quality, it sheds so bad as soon as you touch it and just lingers, It leaves a layer of residue on everything the mirror, faucet etc. wont ever buy this again

This TP Is actually better in my opinion than the name brand. Very soft

The rolls are smaller and shorter, and the quality isn’t what it used to be. Not worth the price increase.

This used to be my favorite toilet paper and now it is terrible. Comes with tons of lint balls all over it and is thinner and less soft. They increased the price and decreased the quality.

This WAS my favorite tp for years. This most recent package was absolutely terrible. Not only not as soft, but leaves so much residue behind that basically requires showering to be clean. Couldn’t even use the package. Grateful Target returns are amazing and refunded, but this is my plea to get the old formula back!

For at least a decade I’ve been buying this toilet paper because it’s the softest on our bums. But lately I have to question the manufacturing of this toilet paper. Each roll I take from the packaging is covered with little white dingleberries that fall off everywhere. What a white cottony mess it leaves behind

I’ve been buying this same style of toilet paper for years and can confirm that something has changed. I took photos of a roll I have left from a previously purchased pack (left roll) and a roll from the newly purchased pack (right roll). The roll is noticeably smaller and the paper is thinner, shrinkflation is well and alive in 2025. Such a shame… will no longer be buying this product

I’ve been buying and recommending this particular target brand TP for years.. not any more! Lint everywhere on the floor, baseboards and ME.. yuck! I had to find a bamboo TP to switch to as it seems many other TP brands have downgraded quality of product as well.

I used to like Target brand tp. I’m not sure if they changed the formula, but this tp is HORRIBLE. It’s soft, but it leaves powdery bits and tp residue all over you. I can’t wait until this package is done so that I can buy something else. Won’t purchase this anymore.

I would give a “0” if possible!!! I don’t know what Target did or who they are using now to make their paper products (toilet paper & paper towels). I have been purchasing this toilet paper for many years and loved it!! Now the rolls are almost half the size as the old ones and there is so much toilet paper shaved scraps in the package it makes a mess when opening the package and the toilet paper is EXTREMELY LINTY which leaves lint all over my bathroom floor and toilet paper stand every time the roll is used …. another annoying mess to clean up!!! The Target brand paper towels are the same issues too … Smaller rolls and lint all over mirrors and surfaces when used to wipe these areas!! I will be changing brands after after using Target’s brand for over 20 years!!! Real disappointment!!
