Not every roll in the pack was like this, but the rolls that did, a lot had to go to waste as it looked like this. Kinda disappointed. Plus the rolls that did have all this extra residue, it left similar residue on body which led to physical discomfort after wiping.

I’ve been buying these for the past year and they used to be “premium ultra soft” like they’re supposed to be but the last couple packs I’ve purchased have been no good!! Super thin, hard to unravel, and not soft at all! They feel like the “soft and strong” labeled TP and I don’t like those at all. Such a bummer. Now that the price has gone up and quality has gone down, I might have to go back to name brand.

During Covid, I discovered our family was VERY particular about toilet paper. Especially when we got random brands in our grocery deliveries. So we decided to do a toilet paper test. We put a 4 pack in each bathroom and we rated them. Charmin and Target Ultra Soft were the final contestants. And I'm too cheap to buy Charmin lol! So Target Ultra Soft is the winner at our house!

There are few luxuries we have in our basic everyday items, but toilet paper should 100% be one of them. My husband is a die hard “it must be as soft as a pillow” toilet paper user but I’m the off brand queen who could care less. This toilet paper has been the perfect compromise! My husbands hiney and my budget stay well cushioned.

These used to be 264 sheets per roll as the specifications still say at the time of this review. However, they are actually 244 sheets per roll - they are now making them smaller and a lesser quality, unfortunately. Not as much of a bargain as they used to be, which is unfortunate. I am not overly happy with some of Target's changes to its store brand products.

The size of the rolls has significantly diminished! I'm so annoyed by this because companies and manufacturers are price gouging while reducing the size and quality of products, and there is nothing the consumers can do about it, but just stop purchasing, but because sometimes it's essential items, you have to start shopping around again and deviate from a brand you once loved.
