Premium Ultra Soft Toilet Paper - up&up™

The quality of this product has declined dramatically. Rolls smashed and flaking apart. Sharp pieces of wood stuck inside rolls. What happened to the Quality checks? I think it is time to choose another brand.

Left a lot of particles in the air and would always find some toilet paper bits in our underwear. Not purchasing soon

By far the softest, thickest, toilet paper for its value! It's the only one I buy!

While the quality could've been worse, for the price only being a dollar or so less than the name brand, I'd rather pay the difference. I feel this was more of a dup to the strong charmin vs the soft

I usually opt for the soft and strong, but it wasn’t available so I picked up this. I would not recommend! Every time I look down at my lady bits and in my underwear there is tissue residue! I thought something was wrong until I realized it was the tissue paper that sheds from regular wiping. Never will I buy this crap again.

Dido to all the negative reviews. Quality definitely changed, sheds everywhere, texture not the same. Been buying for years, but cant anymore. Need to look elsewhere

It really is the softest toilet paper I have ever used!

Have been buying for the last 5 years, always forget which one I buy so I had remembered the patten on it. Saw the pattern changed and unfortunately so did the quality… They should call it ultra terrible

While it is soft, the cotton sheds and flakes off. It will stick to your privates. I am disturbed

I used to buy this toilet paper exclusively. It was soft but strong, and cost effective. Something changed with recent purchase; it's not soft or strong, but price is the same. I won't buy this again Might as well go back to Charmin. :(

I feel as this has been changed. Used to be great but the last pack I had was a bit thin and not as great as it used to be

Best choice between strong and soft

These are incredibly unsafe to use. They are shedding powder all over me when I use it. They are causing an allergic reaction to my family. I will never buy target brand toilet paper again. This is very concerning how it passed quality control.

The top layer crumbles when you wipe with it. Even when I wipe my mouth it leaves dust behind. Especially bad in areas with moisture. So as a woman yeaaa this sucks. It is soft tho, but doesn’t make up for the mess it leaves behind.

Love that it’s soft and thick so it does not tear easily.

I usually buy ultra strong from this brand, but my Target was out so I bought this. Quality is bad and it pills easily.

It sheds like crazy. Obviously changed manufacturers. I am going to have to switch after 20 plus years!

I bought this earlier this year and couldn't wait for all them to be gone. It was only a few years ago that I loved this product and now I dreaded using it. Thankfully we put it in the bathroom that doesn't get used as much but still, it was really irritating waiting for it to be gone. I'm not surprised the quality has decreased considering everything that has been happening but wanted to warn other people don't buy it unless you have no other options or can only choose between this one and the rougher toilet paper like scott.

I usually purchase bamboo toilet paper, but this one was my last resort. I noticed that this toilet paper left residue of cotton on me or any moist areas. That freaked me out.
