Q: Dell laptop requires 130 watt charger will this device work
A: The Anker 140W 4-Port charger theoretically supports charging 140W laptops using PD 3.1 and should work for a 130W Dell laptop. However, due to Dell's proprietary charging protocol, certain models like the Dell XPS 15 (9500/9510), Dell Alienware X14, and Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 5570 may not charge at full speed with this charger. As a result, your Dell laptop could display a message such as "slow charger/underpowered" despite using the Anker 140W charger.

If you have one of these Dell models, the charger may not work optimally, even though it can deliver the required power.
