Q: If someone will mainly use it for watching YouTube videos and browsing the internet, should I get the 128 or 256 storage?
A: I still use an old Ipad with 32 GB storage and run good.

Q: Can you use headphones with this iPad
A: Yes, you can use headphones with this iPad as long as your headphones is bluetooth-enabled. You cannot use headsets that only features a 3.5mm headphone jack because this iPad does not have a 3.5mm headphone port
