While the iPad Pro itself has a magnetic strip on the side where the Apple Pencil can attach and charge, the Smart Folio does not offer any additional support or secure storage for the Pencil. Questionable packaging

I am going to assume I received an open box item .. Apple products are wrapped in plastic, this was not … it should have been listed and priced as such .. I won’t buy electronics online again as there is no way of verifying if new and unopened or not. Hopefully nothing will go wrong with this one.

Not worth half the price

This keyboard is made so cheaply, I regret the purchase. The touch of the keys with that nylon fabric on them giving a sensory issue because its textured and squeaky, flimsy structure, slippery material and cheap plastics is the worst. The magnets are great on it though. I have never been so pained with a purchase, way over priced for the quality. If I could return it I would but I missed the return window by the time I even opened it. It’s better than having nothing to cover your ipad but thats about it. I have bought electronic toys with better quality keys & material than this, get back to the drawing board on this one..please & thank you.

Buyer Beware! Target messed up title of item

DOES NOT WORK WITH iPAD PRO 11” (M4)! Online description says it’s compatible based on the title of the item, same with the tag on the shelf at the store. Got home and was so mad! Magnets aren’t strong enough to hold iPad Pro, only iPad Air. Look on the back of the box, and it’s ONLY for iPad Air!

Doesn't last long

I have this keyboard for my 2020 iPad Air. I appreciate how light and simple it is -- and not having to charge it. However, after maybe a year, it became very erratic when typing, and I often have to disconnect and reconnect my iPad to it to try to get it to work again. It also shows what I consider abnormal wear-and-tear for something I've handled carefully. I wish Apple would bring this keyboard up to par with their usual quality.

An okay folio

I have mixed feelings on this keyboard, on one hand it’s nice and light and looks good on the iPad, on the other the magnets really don’t stick super hard to it and risks falling off and damaging the iPad. The keyboard is so so, if they made the magnets stronger I’d think it would be perfect.

Poor quality coating

The fake leather coating starts to bubble and peel after a few months, making it feel cheap and leave residue around. Very disappointing from an Apple-branded product. Apple denies warranty for this sort of defect as well, infuriatingly.

Best keyboard EVER!!!!

I’ve only had this for less than 24 hours and its the best. I’ve had many iPad keyboards and this is by far the best! Easy to use and love that you don’t need to charge it. I think keyboard keys are a great size and works like true keyboard. Highly recommend!!!!
