    The watch is wonderful it’s how AT&T did my bill.. my bill went from 139 to 252.. will them overcharging me with fee and adding products and changing my service without my knowledge.. they claimed they will refund me next month.. lol

    Not truly independent from your phone

    If you want a custom workout, you have to use workout buddy which the watch cannot use without your phone. I bought this watch to run marathons with intervals of walking and running plus listen to music without my phone. Can't set up intervals without workout buddy, hence the problem. Plus you're limited to 99 intervals and I need more for a marathon Also, downloading music from my phone library is ridiculously slow. Have to select individual songs, albums or playlists and if too big, doesn't download. Should be able to download entire library with one selection. Also disappointing is the accuracy of the watch for distance. Ran the Fargo Marathon and my 10 year old Garmin forerunner was more accurate. The apple watch was off by over a half mile. Supposed to be state of the art tracking so very disappointing. Waste of $800, will be using my old Garmin for intervals and accurate distant measurement.

    Wrong product.. Doesnt even work...

    I ordered the black titanium ultra 3 and recieved the natural titanium.. I was okay with it but then go to set everything up and the watch will not charge or turn on directly out of the box. Also select fix and issue and says item is not returnable…. Wanted an Apple Watch for a long time and a thousand dollars later I have a paper weight.

    Over priced

    Big, bulky, uncomfortable. Needs more accessories to charge. Make phone bill jump 30$ more for useless clock and tells yo6 your heart rate. Band has dirty look after 3 days.
