Over time I have come to appreciate and seek out kitchen knives that have weight and substance to them . These knives not only have weight in the handle but also are very comfortable to hold and extremely sharp. Given these features it makes them easy to use while prepping dinner and gives you a lot of control in your cuts . The 3 different sizes in this set make it versatile enough for almost anything you would need. using knives like these in my kitchen makes me feel like I am a professional and not just the family home cook.

They're much heavier than other knives I've used, but that actually helps me cut more accurately. The blade is very strong and not flexible at all. I learned that Arcos is a well-respected Spanish knife brand that has been around for a long time, and it shows. Cutting tomatoes and onions is a breeze, the blade just glides through them with barely any effort. Same with slicing meat. These are seriously a game changer and would make a wonderful gift for anyone in your life who loves (or even just tolerates!) cooking.
